Annual Heritage, Native & Perennial Plant Sale
This annual plant sale will run alongside the Steam
Up Event; which features live pioneers in 15
heritage buildings, tonnes of hands on activity and
our fully operational steam barn and equipment. The
Museum will also unveil a new exhibit at the Museum
during this event - be sure to join us. |

Enter the Garden Showcase!
Residents, Schools, Businesses, Organizations,
Youth and Families are invited to apply. If you
would like your garden to be reviewed by our
volunteer horticultural experts in the adult, youth
or family category enroll in the Garden Mentorship
program. Mentorship registration is due the second
Monday in June. Application forms are available
online, in City facilities or by calling Customer
Care. |

Pitch in Parties
Gather your neighbours, family, workplace, school or
association and donate some time to cleaning up a
local greenspace, creek, trail or neighbourhood.
Garbage bags, gloves and pickup is provided. Call

Residents, schools, organizations, clubs, businesses
and industries can help enhance their local
environment by adopting a park. Participants in this
program keep the adopted park area clean of litter
and are to report any maintenance, vandalism or
