The mentorship program is now closed.  We are still accepting registrations for the garden showcase and for the community involvement programs; Adopt-a-Park, Pitch-in-Parties, Community Beautification, Environmental Stewardship and Eco-Schools.

Garden Showcase and Community Involvement

Residents, Businesses, Organizations and Schools may apply.

Garden Showcase - Participants will be recognized with garden signage

Send your photos - Once you have registered for the Garden Showcase, send us your
        photos by responding to your confirmation email  (maximum of three per address).

By registering in the garden program, I give my consent for the City of Pickering to use
        my name in connection with this program and to publish any photos that I may provide.

I would like to register in the program, but do not want my name or photos published.

Residents, Businesses, Community Groups, Schools, we want to highlight & promote your activities!
Interested in participating in one of the projects below? We’ll assist you in achieving your goals.

Registered participants will be highlighted & promoted by the City of Pickering. Please select one or more of the applicable categories.

Already participating in one of the categories? Please register and include a brief description of your organization’s activities.

Adopt-a-Park - only applicable to schools, businesses & community groups

Pitch-in-Parties - gather friends, family and neighbours to host a litter clean up party
     anytime from spring to fall. Supplies provided

Community Beautification - participate in horticultural or community vegetable garden

Environmental Stewardship - stewardship or conservation properties, environmental
     business properties

Eco-Schools - are you a registered Eco-School or would like to become one?
