Pickering
Horticultural Society
Since its inception in 1933, the Pickering Horticultural Society has
been enthusiastic about beautifying our community. We are proud to
educate and inspire our members and to work with the City of
Pickering in its "Pickering Blooms" program.
Here is a brief overview of our club:
- 97 members
- meets monthly on the 2nd Tuesday of the
month (no meetings in July/August & December) at the Pickering
Recreation Complex, O’Brien Meeting Rooms
- Projects
- Civic Complex Garden, Krosno/Liverpool
Garden, Xeriscape Garden at
Progress Park
- participation in “Pickering Blooms”
- participation in various events
throughout the year
Everyone is welcome! Membership Fee:
$15.00 per person or $25.00 per household .
