  Downtown Pickering grows again as a crew prepares a foundation for the Galleria on Urban Park sales pavilion. This development includes a 10 storey building on the north east corner of the lot, offering 195 condominiums and 52 stacked townhouses.  photo

  Day One of construction begins at 1340 Pickering Parkway! Crews and cranes begin to shift equipment around on the Pickering Town Centre site, making ready to break concrete on the new 130,000 square foot office tower.  photo

• The Shops at Pickering Ridge
  Brookfield Properties have readied the ground for expansion of The Shops at Pickering Ridge. New facade treatments and signage to the existing retail development are also well underway to host new tenants expected in the spring of 2009.  photo
   
• EMS Station
  The Region of Durham reports construction of a new 6000sf EMS facility at 1103 Kingston Road is progressing well.  photo
   
• Coughlan Homes
