In Central Pickering, the City is planning for a new, sustainable urban community. Its name is Seaton. The vision is for a vibrant, mixed use community. Upon
initial build-out, 35,000 people will work in Seaton, and up to 70,000 people will call it home. Yet, more than half of Seaton's 3,000 hectares will remain in their natural state.
