Pickering Downtown Office Intensification April 2005: The conceptual office tower, located within the southwest parking lot of the Pickering Town Centre lands, is the first of two contemplated office towers totalling 350,000 square feet. The initial offering consists of a signature office tower as high as 20 stories and exceeding 200,000 square feet. The actual tower would be built to suit future tenant requirements.

Through the City of Pickering's future pedestrian bridge, planned to traverse Highway 401, tenants of the office tower can boast enclosed access for employees directly from the Pickering GO Station.
