Breaks Ground Re/Max First Realty Ltd. broke ground in January, 2003 on their lands located at the northwest corner of Kingston Road and Bayly Street. The prime location will support a two-storey, 14,900 square foot multi-tenant office facility. Re/Max will relocate their current Pickering offices to this new location, and are seeking additional tenants for the new building.The future building incorporates desirable design elements appropriate for highly-visible development fronting Kingston Road (the City's main street).
