The Customer Care Feedback program
provides our citizens another opportunity to provide their
comments and suggestions about our service delivery. The
Customer Care Feedback program involves several initiatives. A
convenient
Online Form
can be accessed at cityofpickering.com. Comment Cards are
currently available at the Civic Complex and the Pickering
Recreation Complex, and will soon be available at all of our
facilities. Resident responses to the phrases "How did we do
today?" and "Help us Measure and Enhance our Service", are vital
to the overall success of the Feedback Program. Ongoing feedback
will provide our staff with an opportunity to review results and
make appropriate changes to our service delivery. Your input is
vital to the success of the program.
The City of Pickering's Customer
Care Centre is located on the main floor of the Civic Complex,
at One The Esplanade, and is easily accessible. Under the direct
authority of the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, the
Centre provides an important link between members of the public,
the Mayor, Members of Council, and City of Pickering municipal
departments.
Staff in the Customer Care Centre
ensure that matters are thoroughly investigated, and that all
enquiries/concerns receive an initial response within one
business day. Municipal staff are always happy to hear from our
residents, and welcome the opportunity to enhance our service
delivery through our Feedback Program. In addition to
telephoning and emailing the Centre, residents are always
welcome to visit us in person. Staff will be pleased to discuss
any enquiries or concerns you may have. Your input is valued!
