The City of Pickering, and its employees, is committed to enhancing customer
relations and providing total quality service at all times. The
Customer Care Centre provides a link between municipal departments
and you “the customer”, to enhance our service delivery.
Customer Care
Centre staff are responsible for promoting Customer Service training
and initiatives for City employees to ensure that you, as a
resident, taxpayer and customer, are treated with courtesy and
respect by knowledgeable staff.
The Customer
Care Centre offers centralized customer service, receiving and
responding to municipal enquiries and concerns, and ensuring that
all customers receive prompt attention and service. Customer Care
Centre staff will respond to you within one business day.
As part of our
ongoing customer care initiatives, we have implemented our Customer Care Feedback
Program. In order to
