Request a Letter
of Greeting from the Mayor
Requests must be submitted a
minimum of four weeks prior to the event/printing deadline for
program. Letters of greeting cannot be issued for events or
organizations that have no direct relationship to the City of
Pickering, anything that contravenes City policies or by-laws, or
matters of political controversy, ideological or religious beliefs,
or individual conviction. Letters are issued at the discretion of
the City of Pickering.
