The City of Pickering will accept employment applications on an on-going basis. Applications are retained on file for a period of six (6) months, and should a position become available for which an applicant may be qualified, applications are forwarded to the hiring department for consideration. Available positions are advertised on the City's website and in the Durham Region and City of Toronto newspapers. Currently, no jobs are posted. HOW TO APPLY FOR A POSITION WITH THE CITY OF PICKERING All applications for employment must be accompanied by a detailed resume or a completed Employment Application Form, stating the title of the position of interest.
