Winterfest Tree Lighting & Fireworks
Free Fun For Everyone

Celebrate the season with us at Winterfest Celebration in the City Tree Lighting Event. This Fantastic Family Event will be held on Friday, December 9th starting at 6:45 pm in Esplanade Park, located behind the Civic Complex.

The event will include great live performances starting at 6:45 pm at the Gazebo. Pickering Community Concert Band will be performing a delightful selection of holiday favourites. Catch Lenny Graf, a fun musical performance for children. Jingle, Jingle, take a ride on the Horse-drawn Wagon from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. Bring your friends, family and skates and glide along our outdoor rink under our sparkling lights. Santa will be making a guest appearance, so don't forget the wish list. Inside the Council Chambers there will be Cultural performances. Food donations will be accepted and passports will be available for your chance to WIN Pickering Town Centre gift certificates. Passports must be submitted to Guest Services, Pickering Town Centre.

The fabulous, festive Fireworks and the first lighting of the Tree at the end of the evening will dazzle guests.
