Tender for Sunbird Trail Park – Path Extension to Bus Loop Tender No. T-9-2008 Sealed tenders will be received by the undersigned department for the above no later than 2:00 pm. Wednesday, June 25, 2008 The work consists of the supply of the required materials, labour, machinery, tools and appliances for the installation of precast concrete box culverts, placement of fill, site grading, asphalt walkway, pipe handrails, sodding, walkway lighting and related items for this project in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by the City of Pickering. The bidder must include with the tendering submission a bid deposit of five thousand ($5,000.00) dollars or a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total tendered amount irrevocable for sixty (60) days from date of tender closing. After tender closing for evaluation a bidder will be required to provide a copy of their Health & Safety Policy, current Workplace Injury Summary Report issued by WSIB; current Clearance Certificate issued by WSIB; certificate of insurance - $5,000,000 Comprehensive Liability including premises and all operations and a Waste Management Plan.
