Pickering Museum Village Advisory Committee is a committee appointed by the Mayor and Council of the City of Pickering at the beginning of a term of Council. The committee serves for the duration of the Mayor / Council's term. Committee personnel may be re-appointed by the Mayor for successive terms.

Residents of Pickering are invited to participate in this committee to further the mission of Pickering Museum Village and to act as a liaison between the community and city staff.

This is a working committee to support special events and become part of some of the volunteer groups to display and interpret the history of the Township of Pickering from its earliest settlement to 1910. Stewardship of the collections of the Museum Village with its artifacts, heritage buildings and gardens is the primary work of this committee.

Pickering Museum Village is located in the village of Greenwood, 3 kilometres east of Brock Road and just off Hwy #7 on Concession Road #6 (west of Westney Road).
