Fill & Topsoil Disturbance By-law

The City of Pickering Fill & Topsoil Disturbance By-law 6060/02 was passed by Council on January 20, 2003 and amended on December 21, 2009.  This by-law prohibits or regulates the placing or dumping of fill, the removal of topsoil, the grade alteration of land, and erosion and sediment control measures.
